Beginning in 2011, Corsa Management employees will attend their own, online University. Corsa University is a comprehensive web-based training platform for Corsa employees that houses over 40 required and elective classes. The topics offered include leasing, marketing, fair housing compliance, customer service, resident retention, and many others. The web-based training can be used by new employees for their initial training, and by all Corsa employees to take their annual mandatory continuing education courses, with the convenience of doing so from their desktop location.
These professionally designed, self-paced classes are offered to provide training with consistent content for all Corsa employees that is interactive and presented in an engaging format. The web-based courses provide a robust training platform for both on-site and corporate employees of Corsa Management.
Employees are also encouraged to attend outside seminars or other professional development courses, as well as those sponsored by the National Apartment Association through the local and state chapters to enhance employee performance.
