We are proud to be able to provide our residents with the ability to make payments in several different ways. This page includes important information about the different ways that payments can be made. Please note that some online payments involve convenience fees; please read the sections below for more information.
All Corsa Management Rental Offices accept checks, money orders, and other certified forms of payment for free during office hours. Most offices include drop boxes or mail slots where payments can be left when the office is closed.
Cash is not accepted at any time. Personal checks can only be accepted for “on-time” rent or utility payments, and other restrictions apply.
Online payments can be made by eCheck or credit cards 24/7 through our secure Online Payment Portal. After you complete an easy one-time enrollment, simply log in, click on “Make a Payment”, enter the amount and your account information, and you’re done! You’ll even receive a confirmation of your online payment by e-mail.
eChecks are secure online payments that are deducted from your checking or savings account, similar to writing a check. You receive credit for your payment the day you enter it online (or the next day if entered after 5:30 pm), but the money will not come out of your account until 1-2 business days later. eChecks are charged a small convenience fee of $1.95 per payment.
Our payment portal accepts Mastercard and Discover credit or debit cards in any amount, with convenience fees of 2.95% + $3.50 per payment. We also accept Visa credit or debit cards for payments up to $1,000 with a flat convenience fee of $33.00 per payment regardless of amount. Debit cards can be entered in the portal the same as if they are credit cards.
You can sign up for our Recurring Payments service and have the rent paid to us on the 1st or the 5th of each month, so you never have to worry about making payments late! You can sign up for Recurring Payments in the Online Payment Portal yourself, or complete an authorization form and we can set it up for you. You will receive credit for your payment on the day of the month you choose, but the money will not come out of your account until 1-2 business days later. This service is free for recurring eChecks linked to a checking or savings account; convenience fees apply for credit or debit cards as outlined above.
