I was here for 5-6 years and I had a wonderful living experience. Robin, Ed and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and on top of things. I will truly miss living here. If you're searching for an apartment in the area please pay Lynnebrook Gardens a visit.

I can't complain I enjoy my own space the staff is great my neighbors are great. Parking is great. I haven't had any issues with anyone. Leasing office is great. The people who work there is great the maintenance people they come on time when you need them. I haven't had any major issues even with the minor issues that I've had they were fixed.

Overall my neighbors are great. If any issue arises I can quickly call management & am easily assisted . I love that the park is near by to take children and pets . Also laundromats are easily available , along with convenient stores around the area so you do have to travel far to get necessities. River road is close by and easy for commute to work.

The property is well maintained, clean and neighbors are quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service calls are handled professionally and quickly. I love coming home to a peaceful clean residence...

moved in Jan 2010 loved the apartment. Office ladies are great. Maintenance men are great . If I have any problems they fix it right away. Neighbor are great and friendly. Had the same neighbors for 3 years and love them.

Both me and my fiance/Wife are beyond blessed to be here. We have been through many housing programs for people with needs. When we, finally, got approved to move in here, it was a dream come true. It still is. We are so blessed and happy to be here in our own "official" Home. Thank you!!!

This community is nice and quiet. They really take good care of the property. The staff is friendly and very professional. If something goes wrong in your apartment, they will make sure it gets fixed within a timely manner. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Rent is affordable. I've been a resident for 5 years. When maintenance is required they are prompt in responding. This complex is a decent place to call home

I love how quiet it is and everyone stays to there self no drama.I will continue to tell others about this lovely place I call home the location is great for bus riders and you are close to so many places you may like to visit so many stores and businesses are nearby just a great place to be.
